Shop Policies and Info


Thank you for stopping by The Curious Catbird!  All items in my shop are hand-printed by me.  Because of this, no two items are exactly alike.   

*Please read my shop policies prior to making your purchase to avoid any confusion.*

Please double check that the shipping address you give me is correct! If an item is returned to me as undeliverable, I will gladly reship to the correct address with additional postage paid.


Your order will be ready to ship within 4 to 6 days of payment. As soon as your item ships, you will be emailed a USPS.com tracking number.


Items shipping outside of the United States can take from 2 weeks to a month to arrive at their destination.  I always provide USPS tracking info, but can only track packages while they're still in the US.  Once packages leave the US they are, unfortunately, out of my hands.

Every so often a package can get stuck in customs.  I cannot be responsible for these delays.


The buyer is responsible for any additional customs fees that may be charged. Please do not ask me to mark packages as a "gift" rather than "merchandise." That is against the law.


We gladly accept returns on defective, damaged or items wrongly shipped. If your item was damaged during shipment or the wrong item has been shipped to you, contact us immediately.

Returns and exchanges for undamaged items are accepted within 5 business days from the delivery date on all merchandise in its original, unworn and unwashed condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage, please email us before returning your item and always include a note with the return/exchange.

If you are unhappy with an item, please contact me immediately.  I would love to have the opportunity to make things right :)


Because everything in my shop is hand printed by me, and setting up custom screens takes time,  I cannot take custom orders or print names on bags at this time..
